Job Description
We are seeking a Psychology Team Leader who is not only a skilled psychologist but also a passionate mentor and leader. In this role you will play a key part in shaping the future of our psychology services by providing expert clinical guidance fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring our team delivers highquality impactful care.
This is a parttime role (four days a week) working from Peakhurst or one of our other Learning Links locations.

The Role
As Psychology Team Leader you will:
Provide Clinical Leadership Guide and mentor Psychologists Provisional Psychologists and Psychology Aides ensuring best practices and highquality service delivery.
Foster a Positive Team Culture Support professional development create a collaborative environment and promote continuous learning.
Maintain a Clinical Caseload Deliver direct psychological assessments therapy and interventions while staying actively involved in service delivery.
Ensure Compliance & Quality Assurance Uphold regulatory requirements conduct clinical file audits and implement risk management strategies.
CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams including Client Services People & Culture and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
AHPRA Registration as a Psychologist.
Experience or a strong willingness to develop skills in mentoring coaching and leading within a psychology team.
Experience in delivering evidencebased psychological assessments and interventions with children and adolescents.
A commitment to continuous learning quality improvement and best practices.
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
A current drivers license and willingness to travel between service centres.
