SEO Senior Manager
The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Senior Manager is responsible for driving organic search traffic through datadriven strategies and innovative SEO implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO techniques tools and analytics to optimize onpage and offpage elements. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure cohesive and effective SEO efforts.
Responsibilities
.Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
.Implement onpage and offpage SEO techniques to improve website performance.
.Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists.
.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
.Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
.Collaborate with content marketing and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels
.Stay updated on the latest SEO trends algorithm changes and industry best practices.
.Optimize website structure and content for search engines.
.Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
.Report on SEO performance and present insights to stakeholders.
.Train and mentor junior SEO specialists providing guidance and support for their professional development
.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
.Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
.At least 7 to 8 years of experience in SEO.
.Experience in leading and managing a team of minimum 15 SEO specialists
.Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics SEMrush Moz or Ahrefs.
.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
.Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical terms to nontechnical stakeholders.
.Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
