Senior Membership CoordinatorDepartment: EpiFIT ClubType: FullTime / HourlyLocation: Mableton GA 30168Immediate Supervisor: Fitness Club DirectorSupervision Purview: N/AGeneral Statement of Duties:As a Senior Membership Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the EpiSports program and ensuring the seamless operation of membershiprelated functions for the EpiFIT Club. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative tasks financial management sales initiatives inventory oversight and customer service excellence. You will actively engage with current and prospective members provide detailed facility tours and maintain accurate records while staying informed about club events and offerings. Additionally you will assist with overdue payment collections conduct outbound outreach efforts to boost membership sales and contribute to inventory management efforts. Attendance at mandatory staff meetings and promotion of EpiFIT Club activities will also be key components of your role. Overall your dedication and proactive approach will be essential in fostering a positive member experience and driving the success of our fitness club. Essential Job Functions:- Provide administrative support to the EpiSports program.
- Assist with the collection process for overdue payments from EpiFIT members.
- Proactively reach out to local businesses and residential communities through outbound calls to drive foot traffic and boost membership sales.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Attend mandatory quarterly staff meeting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests. Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for inquiries related to memberships club amenities and programs.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members showcasing the clubs amenities services and membership options. Tailor tours to highlight features that align with the individuals fitness goals and preferences.
- Assist with administrative duties related to membership management including processing new memberships updating member information and maintain accurate records.
- Stays abreast of current club events and helps maintain the club calendar.
- Actively promotes the EpiFIT Club including all fitness programs classes activities and services
Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer service background
- Entry level sales background
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for people fitness and health. Upbeat and positive attitude!
- Selfstarter and the ability to take initiative.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and coworkers exceeding the members expectations.
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
