Job Description
You will be required to work Monday to Sunday on a set roster and will enjoy 2 weekly RDOs that is negotiated upon your start of employment.
Salary: $70k to $75k (Pending on experience) Super monthly KPI commission bonus.
The Job involves:
Opening and closing the store
Supervising and management employees including juniors
Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
Conducting performance evaluations
Trialing and training new employees
Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs
Rostering inventory ordering and reporting
Handling customer complaints and concerns
Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
Cash handling and register operation
Cleaning and maintaining the store
The right candidate must have:
Strong and demonstrated management experience
Strong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team setting goals and ensuring they are achieved
Strong customer service skills
Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
Strong time management skills
Flexibility and able to adapt to change
Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
Training and development experience
Motivation to keep your team motivated and on task
Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry
