Job Description
EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a CNC Turnerto join a precision engineering company located in Northampton working on a 36 months contracting basis.
Due to the nature of the markets our client supplies into all candidates must be UK residents and DBS checks will be required. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
Key Benefits on offer:
- 30.00 per hour inside IR35 (umbrella)
- Opportunity to work with stateoftheart CNC Turning / Milling and MillTurn machinery
- Hours; Days 6am3pm Monday to Thursday and 6am2pm Friday
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting and operating multiaxis CNC Turning machines
- Working from Engineering drawings / 3D models
Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of 3 years programming Turning / MillTurn / TurnMill machines using online controls
- Ability to set operate and edit
- Understanding of Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls
- Worked with multipallet multiaxis machines
- Ability to work from engineering drawings
- Previous experience of machining complex components ideally within aerospace motorsport nuclear oil & gas or medical sectors
