We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of preconstruction including estimating scheduling and project planning. As a Preconstruction Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the preconstruction process including estimating scheduling and project planning.
Review and analyze project specifications drawings and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Work with project stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Collaborate with design teams and contractors to ensure that project plans are feasible and meet the needs of all stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and track costs throughout the preconstruction phase.
Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as needed.
Ensure that all project stakeholders are informed of project progress and any changes to the project plan.
Lead project team meetings and facilitate communication between all stakeholders.
Ensure that all preconstruction activities are conducted in compliance with company policies industry standards and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction management with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
Strong knowledge of construction industry standards practices and regulations.
Experience in estimating scheduling and project planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to identify solutions.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
