About the Community:
Included within a larger community this is the agequalified subassociation which offers an exclusive amenity center and pool exclusively for the 55 community. The larger established community offers luxurious living and features an amazing golf course resortstyle pools a play pool a signature dining experience an upscale fitness center social rooms horseshoe pits bocce ball tennis pickleball courts fire pits and serene natural spaces.
Our Janitor / Pool Porter keeps all aquatic facilities and community common areas in pristine condition ready to welcome homeowners and guests.
What youll accomplish:
- Ensuring that all amenities are guestready
- Routine cleaning and maintenance duties of community facilities including lounges decks restrooms and HOA offices
- Performing rotating weekly projects including power washing deep cleaning pool chairs and tables washing windows etc.
- Following a routine schedule of daytoday duties
- Providing preventative maintenance on an asneeded basis

- Experience cleaning public areas
- A team player who takes pride in their responsibilities and the facilities they oversee
- Organization efficiency and the ability to exercise good judgement
- Ability to communicate with managers residents and peers in a positive and effective way
- Reliability positive attitude and skills to complete minor repair tasks
- Must pass a preemployment drug screen and background check
If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include:
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices.
