Artera partners with leading healthcare organizations to streamline communication enhance patient engagement and integrate complex health IT ecosystems. We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support our growth and mission of Making Healthcare #1 in Customer Service.

This is a highly crossfunctional role that sits within our Revenue Operations team partnering with Sales Customer Success and the broader Solutions Engineering to design tailored solutions for prospects and customers. This individual will play a pivotal role in technical discovery solution scoping and driving successful implementations. Success in this role requires deep knowledge of healthcare integrations (APIs HL7s etc. as well as operational workflows that impact providers and administrative teams including case management scheduling patient intake EMR optimization etc.

This is a senior position on our Solution Engineering team and reflects a deep expertise in a particular subject that elevates the entire team. This is a highly collaborative role that is expected to support many crossfunctional Artera teams while prioritizing growth activity.

Responsibilities

    • Lead technical and operational discovery with prospects and customers to understand workflows pain points and solution needs.
    • Own solution design by mapping customer goals to Artera and partner technologies leveraging creative problemsolving to drive adoption.
    • Showcase technical expertise through tailored product demonstrations effectively translating complex concepts into clear actionable insights.
    • Advise on integration strategies ensuring seamless alignment with EHRs billing software APIs and other healthcare IT systems.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Product Sales Customer Success Solutions) to refine offerings and improve gotomarket strategies.
    • Support gotomarket efforts by completing Request for Proposals Request for Information and Security Questionnaires.
    • Develop clear scopes of work to support the customer transition from sale to implementation ensuring smooth handoff from sales to implementation.

Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Business Information Systems or a related field (additional experience in lieu of a degree is also accepted).
    • 58 years of combined healthcare and sales with a strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows.
    • Previous clinical experience (nursing administrative or EMR power user experience highly preferred).
    • Prior success in a fastmoving work environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical problemsolving and logical reasoning skills.
    • Ability to travel up to 25 as needed.

Bonus

$110000 $130000 a year
The compensation for this role will be based on level of experience and the geographic tier in which you are located. This position also comes with equity variable compensation and a variety of benefits.

Tier 1 Salary: $120000 $130000
NonTier 1 Salary: $110000 $117000
LOCATION
Artera values inperson collaboration and is currently hiring in the following US cities: Santa Barbara Los Angeles San Francisco/Bay Area Kansas City Seattle Denver Chicago Boston and Philadelphia (Wayne).

Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara CA with an additional US office located in Philadelphia (Wayne) PA. If you live in the Santa Barbara or Philadelphia area your role will be hybrid and you will be expected to work out of your designated office location regularly following local office guidelines. While three days a week may be a general guideline the specific requirement will be set regionally based on the needs of the local office and the role.

If you live in one of our other hubs your role will be remote to start. As our team continues to grow in these cities Artera will explore opening offices in these locations but there is currently no timeline in place for that. Once that happens inoffice attendance will similarly follow regional expectations with flexibility to align with the local offices norms and the specific job requirements.
