Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive technical support and troubleshooting for our webbased software
Perform regular client checkins to assess software utilization and recommend optimal solutions for specific business needs
Conduct engaging virtual oneonone training sessions for clients
What Were Looking For:
2 years of technical support experience with webbased software applications
Proven track record in B2B account management with a commitment to exceptional client service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
Strong time management abilities for balancing multiple client priorities
Experience creating concise technical documentation that enhances user success
Advanced Excel Skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
Preferred Skills:
SQL would be amazing but we can teach you!
Experience with Certified payroll (DavisBacon and/or State Prevailing payroll) is a huge plus.
**Hybrid working model 2 days inoffice/3 days working from home.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
