Job Description
Synergy Care is looking for a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant for an open fulltime float position at our skilled nursing facilities located in Perry/Guthrie OK.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants or will graduate from such an institution within the next six 6 months.
