Within VCA we have a dedicated service line Visa Managed Services (VMS) with specialized experts who are routinely embedded into clients to offer hands on support. From our collective experience we have amassed an extensive set of best practices we leverage to help partners manage customer relationships portfolio levers and product development.

What a Marketing Consulting Manager does at Visa:

We are currently looking for a marketing consulting manager to lead marketing engagements as project manager enabling the clients to grow further across their payment business.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Lead and facilitate marketing related discussion with the client to identify potential opportunities scope projects pitch proposals and deliver end to end marketing activities to grow the clients portfolio

• Provide professional marketing consultancy to clients covering both strategic and tactical aspects based on data and insights

• Set KPIs for successful marketing and align them with the client

• Design and deliver compelling presentations to illustrate findings ideas recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly at times physically support implementation at the client site

• Collaborate with data science team to utilize our advanced data analytics capabilities

• Work closely across multiple team functions including wider VCA Product Sales Regional and Marketing team to acquire specific subject matter expertise as needed

• Manage budget and forecasts in collaboration with the client and thirdparty suppliers

• Develop and share marketing best practices to guide and inspire clients and the wider Visa organization

Projects you will be a part of 

Potential projects could include managed services to support clients long term business journey marketing strategy development and marketing campaign new business/product/service development and optimization of client customer experience and supporting processes.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

• Min. 6 years of work experience with a bachelors degree or an advanced degree (E.g. MBA or Masters in relevant field)
• Experience in marketing from the issuer or fintech side
• Proven experience managing marketing projects from inception to completion
• Ability to develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals
• Proficiency in analysing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make datadriven decisions
• Strong in operating and managing the PDCA cycle for various marketing strategies
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiative simultaneously often within target timeline
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
• Basic budget management and reporting
• Business level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g. SEO SEM social media CRM systems analytics tools)
• Certifications such as Google Analytics Google Ads HubSpot Inbound Marketing or PMP (Project Management Professional)
• Experience in management consulting
• Good understanding of Visa and the payments ecosystem
