Are you a proactive and innovative thinker Do you want to make a real impact on healthcare delivery in Switzerland Join Roche Pharma Switzerland (RPS) as an intern and contribute to revolutionizing the way care is provided to patients. Our project aims to drive the revolution of healthcare delivery in Switzerland through flexcare emphasizing decentralized patientcentric care making innovative treatments more and easier accessible.
RPS is Roches Swiss pharma affiliate and promotes health impact and access to medical innovations in Switzerland.
Project Roadmap Analysis: You will conduct thorough analysis to refine the project roadmap ensuring it aligns with our strategic vision and business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Unite relevant internal stakeholders and identify providers policymakers and patient organizations to create use cases and pilot projects facilitating crossfunctional collaboration.
Communication Strategy: Drive a robust communication strategy to maintain transparency and share progress with healthcare organizations professionals and partners.
Support Initiatives: Contribute to the development of educational initiatives and publications to foster both internal and external collaboration.
Implement Strategies: Help refine and execute strategies that integrate sustainability priorities into our local strategic plan.
Health Impact & Flexcare: Gain insights into health impact and flexcare within an industrial context.
RealWorld Impact: Gain handson experience in a project that directly contributes to Roches innovation and sustainability goals by improving access to treatment and diagnostics for patients in Switzerland.
Mentorship and Guidance: Benefit from personalized mentorship and develop your skills in a dynamic working environment.
Professional Development: Develop key competencies such as strategic thinking stakeholder management project management and effective communication.
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelors or Masters studies preferably in the field of Public Health Medicines or Business Administration within the last 12 months and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship of at least 3 months and getting to know the pharmaceutical industry.
Analytical Skills (mandatory): Ability to conduct thorough analyses and refine project roadmaps.
Communication Skills (mandatory): Strong written and verbal communication skills to drive a robust communication strategy.
Collaboration (mandatory): Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
German (mandatory): fluent both written and spoken. Fluency in French is a plus.
Stakeholder Management Skills (preferred): Ability to effectively engage in discussions with various stakeholders.
