About the Role:
As the Head of Enterprise Sales for Gusto Pro you will spearhead the growth strategy for our largest accounting firm partners. You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers Account Executives and Partner Success Managers empowering them to drive revenue and expand GustoPros footprint. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in fostering strong partner relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets within the enterprise segment.

Compensation
Our compensation range for this role is $220000 to $280000 OTE (with a 60/40 split between base salary and target commission) in Denver and most other remote locations and $250000 to $315000 OTE in San Francisco and New York City. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver San Francisco and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 23 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles Gustos subsidiary whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.
When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office a secure reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
