Human Resources Senior Manager

We are currently searching for a Human Resources Manager to lead and execute the general human resources functions both strategic and tactical for all locations of Gaskins LeCraw.
Key Focus Areas:
- Collaborate with leadership team to develop and maintain company values and culture and develop strategies to accentuate values and culture
- Manage and develop the inhouse HR Staff and People capabilities of the organization
- Refine and manage resultsoriented talent recruitment and retention strategies
- Develop and implement appropriate company policies and practices
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborates actively with the leadership team and models the companys values
- Collaboratively develops the talent and human resource strategy for Gaskins LeCraw.
- Executes the talent and human resource strategy with an emphasis on service and excellence recommending improvements and best practices to management
- Develop and implement appropriate company policies and practices
- Recruiting & Staffing:
- Collaborates with talent acquisition manager to provide summary recruiting strategy goals and KPI information to leadership team on a regular basis
- Provides summary summary of personnel information around new hires departures and exit interviews
- Collaborates with talent acquisition manager and management team to understand existing openings and anticipate future needs to support the forward movement of the business
- Collaborate with talent acquisition manager to develop and implement the recruiting strategy to fill open requisitions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with talent acquisition manager to develop intern and coop program
- Collaborate with talent acquisition manager to develop campus recruiting plan (college high school tech schools etc.
- Develops and modifies job descriptions and pay bands that clearly outline roles duties and responsibilities for each position
- Talent Development and Management:
- Develops overall talent development and management strategy with leadership team and regularly reports on progress
- Identifies for individual and/or group training as needed
- Implement training plans and programs for both onboarding and ongoing holistic training and development
- Design and implement leadership development plans and training for current and future leaders
- Develops and maintains a framework for and oversees employee performance management including formal reviews coaching counseling disciplinary matters and employment changes / terminations
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Collaborates with leadership team to develop overall compensation and benefit strategy and regularly reports on progress
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits promoting reasonable and competitive pay benefits and leave policies
- Manages the annual benefits review and any associated changes to existing plans or adoptions of new programs
- Understands and maintains compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations
- Employee Engagement Values and Culture
- Develops employee engagement strategies and works to implement them
- Understands our industry and knows best practices of industry
- Ensures employee communications are clear and consistent
- Coordinates and manages employee events and gatherings
- Developing and maintaining a culture of safety
- Other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree Human Resources Business Administration or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience required
- A minimum of 10 years of human resources experience with five years of management experience
- PHR/SPHR or SHRMCP/SHRMSCP preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Implementation experience and professional skillset using one or more HRIS
- Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations in the states where Gaskins LeCraw operates
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to field workers engineers and executives
- High emotional intelligence
Salary commensurate with experience and will include bonus PTO 401K and benefits.
