Job Description
Fire Sprinkler Designers Design lifesaving fire protection systems! Based in Midrand this is your chance to make an impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Fire Sprinkler Designer youll design and draft fire sprinkler systems ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. Responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings hydraulic calculations and material specifications. Youll work closely with Engineers clients and installation teams to deliver effective fire protection solutions while meeting project deadlines and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years experience in fire sprinkler system design within the fire protection industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit or similar design software with a strong understanding of fire sprinkler standards (SANS and NFPA).
- Experience in hydraulic calculations material specifications and ensuring thdesigns meet industry regulations.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with engineers clients and installation teams with excellent attention to detail.
