Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for innovation relationshipbuilding and driving business growth As a Senior Associate on our Healthcare Partnerships team at World 50 Accelerator you will be at the forefront of connecting cuttingedge innovators with top executives at the worlds most respected organizations. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships you will cultivate strategic relationships expand our accelerator community and play a key role in fueling growth.
What Youll Do:
- Build & Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with the most forwardthinking innovators helping them scale their impact in the healthcare space.
- Drive Business Growth: Proactively engage new and existing partners articulate the value of World 50 Accelerator and drive meaningful opportunities.
- Manage a HighValue Pipeline: Oversee pipeline development track key growth metrics and ensure a seamless partner journey.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Act as the strategic and operational lead for communications events and engagements with our innovator community.
- Create & Convert Opportunities: Support the expansion of accelerators into highimpact programs including Roundtables the Academy and Advisory Services.
- Analyze & Optimize: Measure and report on impact across biannual timelines ensuring continuous growth and improvement.
- Innovate & Adapt: Jump into new projects and adapt to dynamic business needs always seeking creative ways to drive value.
Who You Are:
Youre a resultsdriven sales professional who thrives in fastpaced environments and is passionate about connecting people fostering relationships and driving measurable business outcomes. You bring:
- Exceptional Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Ability to cultivate and maintain highvalue partnerships.
- Proven Sales & CRM Expertise: Skilled in managing pipelines and leveraging Salesforce and other CRM tools.
- Passion for Innovation: Excited about working with cuttingedge innovators in healthcare and digital health.
- Strong Ownership & Work Ethic: A selfstarter who takes initiative and is eager to make an impact.
- Executive Presence & Professionalism: Confidence and poise when interacting with senior executives.
What You Bring:
- 4 years of inside sales experience including pipeline management and account development.
- 3 years in Business Development Account Management or Client Relations.
- Background in healthcare digital health or innovation ecosystems is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing or a related field preferred.
