Job Description
What Youll Do
In this dynamic role you will oversee site acquisition project coordination and regulatory compliance ensuring that our wireless network meets the highest standards. From identifying and securing new tower sites to working with landowners regulatory agencies and engineering teams your expertise will help shape the future of Strata Networks.
Wage: $35 $38 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm
How Youll Contribute
Drive Network Growth & Reliability
- Collaborate across departments to develop improve and maintain network infrastructure.
- Identify coverage gaps propose solutions and support network expansion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues with efficiency and precision.
Lead Site Acquisition & Project Management
- Scout new tower locations negotiate land agreements and oversee site development.
- Secure permits manage zoning requirements and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Keep projects on track using industryleading project management tools.
- Serve as the goto resource for landowners and external partners.
Champion CoLocation & ThirdParty Engagement
- Manage tower sharing opportunities with third parties and ensure smooth colocation processes.
- Oversee contracts agreements and compliance for colocated sites.
- Conduct site visits to ensure all parties meet their commitments.
Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Obtain necessary permits and work closely with legal and environmental consultants.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to industry regulations.
- Support daytoday operations including road maintenance and fleet management.
- Help develop streamlined workflows to enhance efficiency.
What You Bring to the Team
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in business finance or a related field OR 4 years of relevant experience.
- Background in wireless operations project management or network infrastructure preferred.
Technical & Regulatory Knowledge
- Understanding of cellular networks real estate transactions and site management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Google Earth and project management software.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards like NEPA FAA and Section 106.
