ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to our Regional Ops Leader the Local Practice Operations Leader will own daily management of their local team and geo ensuring the that supports a wonderful team and patient experience.
Specifically you will:
- Partner closely with local clinical leadership to support and grow the team. This includes the direct management and hiring of Health Advocates and Local Mobile Unit Drivers providing regular direction & coaching collaborative problem solving and embodying a sense of servant leadership
- Assume ownership of daytoday clinic/geo operations and own the performance of the care model and associated KPIs patient access patient experience schedule utilization local task SLAs etc. driving the team toward success and solving problems to do so
- Oversee processes that support core activities and tight while also building and testing new processes and workflows that challenge the status quo and raise the bar
- Problemsolve both in the moment and for the future state remaining ready to roll up your sleeves to bridge day to day gaps and dig into the details
ABOUT YOU

- 5 years of experience leading teams and operations within a fastpaced clinical environment.
- A successful Local Practice Operations Leader has strong coaching skills and excitement about helping others build knowledge and expertise.
- You employ creative problemsolving skills specifically an ability to immerse yourself in the nitty gritty while organizing your work around a highlevel vision.
- You are able to identify both short and longterm opportunities and integrate them into overarching goals and roadmaps while developing and monitoring KPIs targets and partner expectations.
- Proven experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive organizational success adept at bringing all the elements together to achieve results.
- You stay close to the patient and team experience understanding the nuanced needs of your local team and patients needs.
- Youre tenacious and positive enthusiastic about continuously motivating yourself and those you support towards new standards of excellence.
This is an inperson role supporting our Birmingham AL patient geos.
COMPENSATION RANGE
$90000 $120000
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
As part of this role you will be required to spend 80 of your time in the field and at your markets HQ. This is primarily for fieldbased patient care and support usually concentrated in specific zones but can include travel across the market. Time at HQ is largely for team collaboration learning and alignment.
