FulltimeRole: Personal Care Assistant

Compensation:$14 $15 per hour
Duration: 32.33hours weekly
Job Location: NORTHAMPTON Pennsylvania
Role Description:The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals needing assistance. This role includes various duties related to personal care Lighthousekeeping tasks medication reminding mobility support and helping individuals navigate stairs.
Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation
- Housework/Chores
- Managing Medications
- Shopping
- Transportation
- Locomotion
- Stairs assistance
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Caregiver Personal Care Assistant or similar role.
Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Physical ability to perform the positions duties including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
A commitment to providing highquality empathetic care to individuals in need.
