Job Description for the Role:


Job Title: Sales Engineer


Experience:2 Years to 5 Years


Location:Whitefield Bangalore


Qualification:BE in Electronics / Electricals


Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role you will be responsible for generating new leads developing and maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales of our electrical products. You will work closely with our internal team to ensure seamless customer service and contribute to our overall growth strategy.


  • Lead Generation:Proactively identify and generate new leads through market research networking and targeted outreach.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing and potential customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Quotation Management:With the support of the backoffice team prepare and submit accurate and competitive quotations to customers ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies and customer requirements.
  • New Account Development:Identify and develop new accounts and market opportunities to expand our customer base and market share. Specifically new accounts with repetitive production needs of the same or set of same products.
  • Market Analysis:Contribute to the development of new market ideologies and strategies based on market research competitor analysis and industry trends.
  • Internal Collaboration:Work closely with the internal sales engineering and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing technical support and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales forecasts.
  • Product Knowledge:Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and its applications.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in sales preferably in the EMS industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads building relationships with customers and closing sales.
  • Strong technical understanding of the requirements of the EMS industry.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation Package:

  • Negotiable based on experience and track record.
  • 25 will be result based variable pay.
