We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Unit Sales Manager to join our team at Talish Solutions. As the Unit Sales Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and driving business growth in the assigned territory. This is a fulltime position based in Gandhidham Gujarat India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 13 years of experience in a similar role as a Unit Sales Manager
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Knowledge of the sales process and techniques
- Analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to meet or exceed sales goals
- Identify new opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports to track sales performance
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations
