Job Description

Looking after Project Sales and sales through architects of uPVS and Aluminium Doors Windows in the assigned City Territory or Area.
Positions are at Chandigarh Ludhiana Amritsar Jalandhar Dehradun Shimla
  • You will be selected to sell either uPVC OR Aluminium Doors and Windows. Your past experience in Building materials sales will be preferred.
  • Tapping direct Clients through Architects and Builders of assigned areas and generating business through them.
  • Achieving Monthly Quarterly and Annual Sales targets. directly and through Team efforts
  • Meetings F2F with the Target audience on a daily basis to reach untapped areas and potentials.
  • Creating healthy relations with New & Existing partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to clients.
  • Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.
  • Learning and Resolving clients queries and making them understand each & every technical & nontechnical aspect of their project.
  • Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.
  • Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.
  • Focus Project Sales to Hotels Corporates Institutions B2C
  • Assisting operations in process of sale orders and payment followup.
Outcome:
  • Give key inputs on emerging trends & customer preferences
  • Ensuring 24 Meetings a Week Self & Team with New & Existing Architects Clients & Dealers (Joint or Individual meetings) (Empanneling new architects)
  • Ensure Weekly monthly quaterly targets/ orders
  • Ensure Lead to Order Conversion
  • Ensure Conversion Per Meeting
  • Retention of a Players in Team
