Job Description

Join the CyberDNS team at CIRA and play a key role in advancing Canadas cybersecurity and DNS infrastructure! Our CyberDNS team is dedicated to protecting Canadians online by delivering cuttingedge solutions.

Youll tackle projects that make a real differenceincluding empowering users with CIRA Cybersecurity Awareness Training securing household and enterprise networks through CIRA Canadian Shield and DNS Firewall or defending against DDoS attacks with Anycast DNS. Who you are:

Youre a strong leader with a strong technical background that will serve as the key resource in the implementation of our cybersecurity portfolio for our customers. Youre passionate about growing a highperforming and inclusive technical team through culture and mentorship. You love working with customers providing technical assistance troubleshooting issues and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You enjoy providing technical guidance and leadership. You have an eye for continuous improvement and problem solving.

What youll do:

  • Recruit develop and retain a highperforming and engaged team of technical sales specialists and professional services specialists.
  • Oversee the delivery of professional services to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Act as the senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services including implementation consulting and support. Develop and maintain high standards of service quality. Support sales efforts with expertise and resources as needed.
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Guide customers through the setup and configuration of our cybersecurity products.
  • Provide training sessions & workshops to ensure customers understand the products features and benefits.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to deployment and overall product usage.
  • Generate reports technical guides and presentations for customers highlighting the value and effectiveness of the service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide proactive support.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication both written and spoken in English and French with technical personnel and business executives.
  • Work collaboratively with supporting business units to build and refine service delivery systems and processes.

What you bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in deploying and troubleshooting workstations (I.e. Linux Windows and macOS) and mobile device applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical support or relevant customerfacing role.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in management of technical resources.
  • Customercentric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to plan and manage complex projects successfully understand available resources establish timelines and budgets and assign tasks and areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated understanding of service delivery methodologies tools and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and continuous willingness to learn and develop.
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT environments scripting networking DNS or firewall technologies is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and French is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
