About the job
As a Quotation Specialist in our Distribution Center in Staffanstorp (moving to new facilities in Lund in week 21 2025 you will be responsible for handling and answering all incoming spares and/or technical questions within the time frame set by our segments organization
As part of our team you will support our customers with technical questions provide part numbers prices lead times and update our ERP system with items master data.
You will also take the role as Part Detective supporting our customers with more complex spare part cases.
Continuous improvement is key to our operations and you will be encouraged to find new better and more efficient ways to work.
About you
You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering such as Mechanical Energy Physics or a related field. Or have experience of working with Heat Exchangers. You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and are fluent in both Swedish and English. Your ability to read drawing specifications and basic technical understanding will be an advantage for this role.
You quickly adapt to new and changing circumstances maintain a positive mindset regarding change and act with confidence and clarity. You are proactive and you make things happen by combining different knowledge and skills to maximize output. Your willingness and ability to constantly learn and develop over time reflect your eagerness and drive making you a perfect fit for our team.
