Our client in Orlando Florida is seeking a superstar lawyer to join theirpersonal injury litigation department. The ideal candidate will possess strong research writing and critical thinking skills and will be prepared to manage a caseload of personal injury litigation files. Responsibilities include offering excellent customer service to clients attending depositions and hearings preparing discovery documents and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:
- You must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 13 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in using document management systems and electronic filing systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to excel in a fastpaced work environment take direction and work with little supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Familiar with legal terminology court proceedings and drafting pleadings discovery and legal documents.
- Familiar with court procedures courtMap JAWS and efiling via eportal.
- Active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Pay:
- $75000.00 $100000.00 per year
- CONTINGENCY FIRM SO NO BILLABLE HOUR REQUIREMENTS.
