SALARY:
- $39.74/hr. starting wage
- Increased to $40.44 after 60day probationary period
- 2Year contractual technical assessment allows potential $3.00 / hr increase upon successful testing
- Contractual Full Utilization allows maintenance technicians to signup and work all weekend and holiday overtime they want except for Christmas Day and New Years Day.
SHIFT: Assigned based on seniority and preference
- Days: 8:00am 4:00pm
- Afternoon/Evenings: 4:00pm 12:00am
- Overnights: 12:00am 8:00am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC and variable speed drive controlled high speed production equipment and batch processes.
- Maintain the power distribution of plant equipment.
- Disassemble repair and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and uptime.
- Utilize SAP to accurately andthoroughlydocument and track allcorrectiveand preventive maintenance performed throughout the course of the day;includingsearching and issuing parts documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points.
- Prioritize and selfschedule maintenance work around production activities to achieve both production and maintenance KPIs.
- Drive brewery goals & objectives through individually led projects andcontinuousimprovement activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3 year industrial electrical/programming experience or twoyear technical degree preferred.
- PLC experience preferred; Multiple platforms such as Allen Bradley PLC5 Control Logix and Siemens programming and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of variable frequency drives servo motors and motor control systems up to 480 volts required.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies.
- Ability to perform calibrations installation and maintenance of process and analytical instrumentation.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematicstroubleshoot and rewire high speed and/or highly automated equipment such as AC/DC motors VFDs PLCs servo motors and PLC I/O modules.
- Strong computer skills required; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency as well as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems experience preferred.
- Experience in computer networking (routers Ethernet switches etc. preferred.
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience in highspeed packaging and/or highly automated continuous process environment preferred (valve replacement conveyor bearing and chain replacement motor/gearbox replacement lube routes)
