Job Description

An experienced solicitor is needed for a Salaried Partner role for a medium sized Law Firm in London . Ideal candidates will have a client following and a STEP or ACTAPS qualification.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of contentious trusts and probate matters including will disputes inheritance claims and trust disputes.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice and draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
Attend hearings mediations and settlement negotiations and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates.
Stay current with developments in contentious trusts and probate law.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years PQE.
Proven experience in handling complex contentious trusts cases.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules.
Excellent drafting communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to highquality legal services.
Evidence of a client following or potential to develop one.
Interest in marketing and business development.
Hybrid working options are available.
