About the Role
We are seeking a Client Support/Solutions Analyst to support external clients and collaborate with our internal Sales team to fulfill data requests. In this role youll be the goto expert extracting verifying and formatting data to meet client needs. Youll also play a key role in API integrations technical troubleshooting and ensuring clients maximize the value of their products.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a technical advisor for major clients.
Assist clients in developing efficient technical solutions.
Guide clients through API integrations and address technical inquiries.
Support clients requiring custom data extractions from internal or external databases.
Work closely with the data team to produce and format custom extracts.
Communicate with customers via phone email Teams or other preferred channels.
Create clear comprehensive documentation based on customer requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency in data extracts and API workflows.
Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure documentation is wellprepared.
What Were Looking For
Excellent communication skills with a clientfirst attitude.
Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Experience in technical product management or development is a plus.
SQL proficiency and familiarity with databases (onsite or cloud) are highly desirable.
Working knowledge of Python is a bonus.
Understanding of data structures APIs (XML REST JSON) and database configurations.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently or in a team setting.
Additional Details
Primary working hours align with Eastern Standard Time (EST) with occasional flexibility required.
Some early calls with UKbased teams or post5 PM EST client support may be necessary.
BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred.
Relevant certifications are considered.
