Job Description
Job Title: Sales Opportunity Specialist
Job Description: Are you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service Join our team as a Sales Opportunity Specialist at Palmen Motors! Were looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a fastpaced environment and are ready to kickstart or advance their career in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales calls professionally and efficiently providing exceptional customer service.
Respond promptly to internetgenerated leads via email phone and text.
Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle to meet their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with customers to gather required information and begin the approval process.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a seamless hand off of qualified leads.
What Were Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a highenergy setting.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
Clean driving record & valid drivers license
Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
