Middle School Science Teacher
Abington Friends School is a Quaker day school located just outside of Philadelphia. The school serves students from ages 3 years to 12thgrade in three divisions. Position Description:
Abington Friends School is seeking a full time middle school science teacher to begin in the fall of 2025. The primary responsibilities of the position will be to teach 5th and 6th grade science to serve as an advisor and to collaborate as a member of the middle school faculty. Our program values learning through play and handson experiential lessons. Upper elementary educators with scientific expertise experience or passion are encouraged to apply. AFS spring break runs March 20 April 1. Those interested are encouraged to apply by April 1. We will begin reviewing applications and contacting applicants in early April.
