About the Role:
We are looking for a brand ambassador to be the face of Nestl Purina in Sydney covering the Northern Beaches down to Sutherland and occasionally extending to Wollongong. As a Nestl Purina Brand Ambassador youll have a passion for connecting with people and a love for pets. Your mission: train advocate and increase awareness of Nestl Purinas product range ensuring store staff have the best experience and training possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions for retail staff on Nestl Purina products including their core range: Pro Plan. Other brands include Purina One Fancy Feast Supercoat Felix and more.
- Confidently present to groups of varying sizes ensuring attendees feel informed and inspired by Nestl Purinas offerings.
- Be the voice of Nestl Purina building excitement and trust for the brand.
- Maintain compliance with Nestl Purinas merchandising standards across stores in your territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with retail staff to maximise brand advocacy and sales opportunities.
- Report key insights from store visits including feedback competitor activity and retail trends.
- Negotiate premium product display spaces and increase Nestl Purinas visibility instore.
- Regional travel may be required monthly to Wollongong or the Central Coast.
Do You Have What It Takes
- Passion for pets and their health through diet.
- Confident approachable and friendly personality.
- Experience delivering engaging training sessions and confidently addressing audiences.
- Trustworthy and able to earn and maintain the trust of clients and colleagues.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A drivers license and reliable vehicle (essential).
- Comfortable using applications like Teams and Outlook for regular team meetings.
- Previous experience in a retail environment (preferred).

- Must have a passion for Pets and Pet Care
- Good with people friendly and happy to train others
- A valid car Drivers License and reliable vehicle (Learners Permit NOT Accepted)
- Excellent communication organizational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
