- Play a key role on the leadership team as you collaborate with the heads of Sales Marketing Operations R&D and IT
- Oversee a strong and capable accounting team that enjoys what they do and where they work
- Work for an experienced but still entreprenurial founder who comes up with a new product idea almost every week
- Team up with the founder and other leaders to price new products and refine costing for existing products as material pricing shifts with the economy
- Provide leadership to your team and continue to keep this department organized and well run
- Work on a steady stream of ad hoc what if projects for the founder to hit the accelerator or pump the breaks on new ideas as appropriate
