Job Description
- The successful candidate should have a background in molecular biology and human disease related fields with handson experience designing optimizing and validating NGS base workflows.
- Uses broad knowledge of molecular biology technique to proactively troubleshoot assays resolve technical issues and challenges and perform data interpretation.
- Bachelors degree in Biological/Life Sciences Chemistry Biochemistry or related field
- Strong molecular biology background.
- Experience in assay design optimization validation experimental design data analysis and presentation.
- Experience performing nextgeneration sequencing methods (Exome whole genome RNA sequencing).
- Nextgeneration sequencing using Illumina instruments such as NovaSeq HiSeq Nextseq MiSeq
- Previous experience in analysis and interpretation of NGS data is a plus.
- Previous experience with different genomics analysis technologies such as microarrays real time PCR and ancillary equipment for quality control and validation is a plus.
- Understanding of oncology biology
