Job Description

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dealer management and sales with a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to exceed targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance managers to finalize transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the sales team to ensure vehicles are effectively showcased and promoted to customers.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in dealer management and sales within the automotive industry is required.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.
