In order to help us accomplish this we are seeking a talented highperforming Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role you will drive a highvolume efficient sales process that keeps our pipeline moving and customer satisfaction high.

Sales : Own and manage a high velocity sales funnel by efficiently managing a pipeline of leads and trials through the funnel.
EndtoEnd Sales Ownership: manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to qualification to closeensuring a seamless customer journey and handoff to Customer Success.
Customer Engagement and Education: Understand customer pain points and communicate Puzzles value particularly to startup founders and small businesses with limited accounting expertise.
DataDriven Sales Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM analyzing sales metrics to refine sales strategies and report on success metrics to stakeholders.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work crossfunctionally with all GTM teams including Product and Growth Marketing Customer Success and Partnerships to align strategies and develop and execute revenue growth initiatives.
Overall Experience: 2 years experience as an Account Executive in SaaS sales (preferably in fintech or accounting) in highvelocity transactional or productled growth environments with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.
Startup Experience: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while working crossfunctionally and taking on substantial ownership.
Inside Sales Skills: Skilled in handling high call volumes of 40 calls/day and engaging effectively with potential customers over calls emails and demos.
Process and ResultsOriented: Ability to optimize and adapt sales approaches with a focus on repeatable processes and results.
Strong Communication and Objection Handling: Able to clearly articulate product benefits build rapport and handle customer objections professionally.
Basic Accounting and Startup Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with accounting basics and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by startups and small businesses.
Experience with CRM and Sales Technology Platforms: Experience leveraging CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) and other sales technology tools like sequencing platforms (Apollo Outreach etc.
