The Recovery Specialist provides clinical assessment risk/safety planning and treatment planning for adults with serious mental illness. The role is pivotal in leading the development of comprehensive recoverybased services and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and enhance program services. Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team and assuming primary responsibility for the development implementation evaluation and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the team.

Requirements:
- Masters Degree inSocial Work Mental Health Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy Rehabilitation Counseling or Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Ability to work within a team dynamic
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care required
- Valid drivers license. safe driving record and access to a personal vehicle to provide occasional transportation of consumers
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Capability to provide individual supportive therapy and symptom management
