Job Description
Job Description: US Mortgage Subject Matter Expert(SME) // Team Lead (TL)
Location: Mangalore
Work Arrangement: Onsite / 100 WFO
Experience : Minimum 3.8 years for SME // Minimum 67 years of relevant experience and should have onpaper TL designation with 1 to 2 years of team handling experience.
Shift: US Shift (from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM // Cab facility will be provided.
Skills : Any skills in US Mortgage will be acceptable. (Candidates must be from the US Mortgage industry)
Education : Any graduate (Finance/Commerce background preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
- Thorough understanding of process flow and excellent process knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to timelines.
- Act accordingly on ad hoc requests or challenging situations based on business/internal requirements.
- Preparation of Quality Dashboards and sharing with the respective Internal Stakeholders.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and preparing reports on team progress.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
- Managing BQM (Bottom quartile management) Users and supporting on improvement.
- Fostering innovation and supporting new hires to settle down with zero attrition.
