Our client a leading intellectual property law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patent Search and Analytics Expert to join their team. They are looking for a candidate with a BTech/MTech in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science and 35 years of experience in Patent searching and analytics.

They provide a complete range of services including filing and prosecution of applications oppositions and cancellation proceedings searching and watching services renewals licensing and registered users franchising IP audits and enforcement of rights through civil criminal or administrative measures. They ensure that their attorneys and staff are trained with best practices followed across the globe and understand and respect client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patent searches including Prior art/Patentability Validity/Invalidity FTO Patent Landscape etc.
- Analyze and interpret patent data to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to clients.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technical advancements in wireless standards 3GPP) and computer architecture/processor architecture technologies.
- Collaborate with clients and attorneys to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics & Communication/Computer Science.
- 35 years of experience in Patent searching and analytics.
- Expertise in performing Patent searching: Prior art/Patentability Validity/Invalidity FTO Patent Landscape etc.
- Good knowledge of wireless standards 3GPP) and computer architecture/processor architecture technologies.
- Ability to adapt to regular technical advancements in above domains.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailoriented with excellent analytical skills.
