Your Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor Indian corporate/macro news sentiment material catalysts and translate into tradable actions
- Provide daily reports and commentary on themes relevant to our trading strategies
- Maintain constant expertise of Indian market structure companies economy and politics
- Collaborate with traders on strategies across marketmaking and position taking
- Assess impact of various corporate actions and upcoming events on pricing
- Communicate with other IMC Analysts across EU US Asia on trading research and strategies
Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors or higher degree in Economics/Finance/Business OR STEM from a Top University. CFA would be a plus
- 3 years of experience in Indian equities. Team handling experience is preferred
- Experience with Excel and Bloomberg is necessary
- Strong written analytical and financial research skills supported by natural curiosity
- Indian Macro/ Indian XAsset exposure a plus
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast paced dynamic environment
- Skills to contribute and communicate in a team environment are essential
- Exposure to Python and Options knowledge including understanding of the Greeks is a plus
