Position Details
The Department of Political Science and International Studiesat The University of Tampa invites applications for parttime instructors to teach courses in the Political Science discipline.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Create syllabus and other course related materials.
2. Teach course(s) according to departmental guidelines.
3. Provide meeting times for students.
4. Complete course grading and submit final grades on the onlinesystem.
The successful candidate will have:
1. Masters Degree in Political Science (or closely related discipline) required; Doctorate preferred.
2. College level teaching experience; experience teaching Political Science classes preferred.

Applications for parttime positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a termbyterm basis which may include fall spring and summer.
