As an independent contractor Associate Agent youll flex your real estate and customer service muscles by conducting events in the field. Youll be spending your time working with clients in person while growing your skills in the business.
The Role
Focus on what you love about real estate: leading home tours hosting open houses attending inspections and more
Set your own schedule working as much or as little as you like depending on demand in your area

selling real estate without having to close a transaction
Skills & Experience
Real estate license and willingness to join local MLS
Smartphone laptop and GPS or the willingness to get them
Reliable mode of transportation
You know your community like the back of your hand
You love technology and are addicted to email social media and your smartphone
Youre a customer advocate and a diplomat able to think on your feet and respond quickly to clients changing needs
