About the Role:
We are seeking a BC/BE Hematologist Oncologist with an interest in hematologic malignancies/cellular therapy to join a growing program in Middle Tennessee.
The successful candidate will be a fellowshiptrained Hematologist Oncologist with experience in caring for patients with hematologic malignancies including the evaluation and treatment of cellular therapy recipients. Clinically this individual will join five Nashvillebased physicians in caring for patients with hematologic malignancies. The ideal candidate is a young to midcareer clinical researcher concentrating in plasma cell disorders who will join and further develop a robust clinical trial program for patients with MM through the GrecoHainsworth Centers for Research.
Our program is affiliated with a committed national hospital system who is a regional leader in several specialties and has prioritized cancer care as an important component of its strategic vision. The inpatient service is supported by a dedicated group of advanced practice providers (APPs) who provide 24/7/365 coverage.
Practice Details:
- Total Group Count: 105 Physicians and 105 APPs
- Phase 1 2 and 3 clinical trials
- Ancillary services include: inhouse lab inhouse pathology infusion centers genetic counseling proton therapy imaging retail pharmacy nutritionist physical therapist social workers chaplain
- Medical services include: hematology/medical oncology radiation oncology palliative care and APPs
