We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a1st Shift Custodian to join our Facilities teamat our location in Chandler AZ!
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00am 2:30pm; OT as required
Responsibilities:
- Empty trash and materials; replace paper products as needed
- Clean and polish furniture fixtures and floors
- Select the most suitable cleaning materials for different types of linens furniture flooring and surfaces
- Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts
- Drive vehicles required to perform cleaning work including vans industrial trucks or industrial vacuum cleaners
- Move heavy furniture equipment or supplies either manually or by using hand trucks
- Set up arrange or remove decorations tables chairs ladders or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events such as banquets or meetings
- Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
- Strip seal finish and polish floors
- Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Qualifications:
- Prior custodial experience
- Valid drivers license
- Attention to detail demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Desire to learn new things
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Successfully pass a postoffer background check and drug screen

Pay Range:
$15.00 $22.77Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
