Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all coming phone calls
- Cashier will handle payments from service customers
- Transfer calls to the appropriate parties service advisors parts department etc.
- Schedule appointments for customers withSpecial order parts.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and pose. When necessary refer a dissatisfied customer to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Answer online chat communications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
- Willing to submit to a preemployment background check & drug screen
