About The Opportunity

You will be instrumental in accelerating marketing initiatives and driving measurable growth. Working closely with the sales and digital teams youll optimise automation workflows execute targeted campaigns and contribute to an agile datadriven marketing engine.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Optimising our marketing automation systems by building and refining HubSpot workflows sequences and customer journeys that drive conversions.
• Executing highvolume email campaigns including both cold outreach and nurturing efforts leveraging tools like Instantly and ZoomInfo.
• Creating strategic content campaigns that align with sales goals and drive leads across various channels such as email web and social media.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers and digital specialists to enhance digital conversion points through landing page and website optimisation.
• Implementing and analysing split tests and new formats to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the competition.
• Tracking and interpreting marketing performance data to inform decisions and improve ROI.
• Ensuring brand alignment with our professional voice and contributing to its evolution as our market matures.
• Supporting both paid and organic marketing initiatives by providing insights and executional assistance for digital ads SEO strategy and sponsorships.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience in a digital or technical marketing role preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
• Proven expertise with HubSpot and/or Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with cold email platforms such as Instantly or ZoomInfo.
• Strong skills in campaign from strategy development to delivery and reporting.
• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities particularly for email and web content.
• A collaborative approach with experience working closely with sales product and digital teams.
• A passion for testing optimisation and implementing growth marketing strategies.
