About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and relationshipdriven Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients nurturing and expanding these relationships to drive service usage and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our business development and implementation teams reporting to the Revenue Ops Manager and contribute significantly to our sales and customer retention strategies. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Checking customer use of services on a weekly basis to find opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Assist with challenging client requests education opportunities or issue escalations as needed
- Work closely with various departments such as implementation sales scheduling accounting and quality assurance to provide excellent customer experience
- Attend and offer clients monthly and quarterly meetings
- Attend clientheld events as needed
