Project Architect / Project Manager
Minnetonka MN Hybrid Direct Hire $75K $85K
Konik is partnering with a wellestablished Architectural firm with expertise in commercial sector work who is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager. Under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager the Project Architect / Project Manager will complete new construction and remodeling projects on schedule and within budget.
Project Architect / Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to complete projects on time and within budget
- Client and contractor communication
- Works in all stages of a project from conceptual design to SD DD CD to CA
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes zoning laws and industry standards
- Consult with engineering and consultants
- Manage drawing sets and provide guidance to Intern Architects and Drafters to ensure accuracy in drawings.
Project Architect / Project Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture; Registration is a plus
- 6 years experience
- Proficiency with Revit and MS Office; Experience with AutoCAD Enscape and Lumion is a plus
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes design and construction
- Background with commercial building projects
- Previous project management experience
- Highlevel communication skills
