Pay Rate/Range:$12/hr
Job Description:A local answering service is seeking a friendly reliable Customer Service Representative! This role involves handling a variety of communication channels including answering incoming calls responding to messages and managing emails all while ensuring professionalism and timeliness. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and approachable demeanor.
Job Requirements:Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fastpaced environment.
Job Type:ContracttoHire
Shift/Schedule:2:00 PM 12:00 AM (shifts may vary) Monday Friday and will include weekends
