This will involve the daily operational processes of the assigned customer site (located in Columbus IN) and duties will vary by site. We are looking for someone who excels at customer service and possesses strong administrative skills.

What Youll Do
a. Front Desk support
b. Answering phones and managing email
c. Greeting guests & customers
d. Handling scanning projects
e. Mail Services including processing pickup and delivery
f. Using production equipment to create booklets documents and other services as requested
