YOUR TASKS

Strategy Managers OEMRO Programs play a key role in managing optimizing and driving the success of MTUs worldwide GTF and PW800 network to achieve MTUs strategic goals

Contract Strategy

  • Manage our existing internal and external contracts for the correct
  • Design negotiate and implement contract extensions and amendments
  • Monitor KPIs and act proactively to initiate and call for corrective actions
  • Support the negotiation and introduction of new OEMRO programs
  • Support OEM repair & MTUs production strategy
  • Support MTUs sourcing strategy

Forecasting Strategy

  • Develop accurate forecasts to support the strategic capacity planning process
  • Work closely across MTUs network to align capacities and allocations
  • Identify shortages and bottlenecks to recommend solutions and mitigations

Aftermarket Network Strategy

  • Drive & support best practice exchange across MTUs aftermarket network especially during the rampup of new facilities
  • Ensure & support implementation of process standardization and efficiencies

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in aerospace engineering mechanical engineering industrial engineering and management or similar study on a technical college as a certified technician
  • Profound Experience in the engine MRO Business and / or OEM Business
  • English business fluent
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • MSOffice and SAP knowledge required
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical problemsolving abilities
  • Communication and collaboration skills in a multinational environment
  • Readiness for international travel
